Esltec成立於108年6月，由兩位研華科技的軟體工程師與產品經理創立。以成為地方與科技的橋樑為使命，致力於推動地方經濟成長與科技導入。以力科技致力開發高品質的應用軟體，從設計到開發，從市場調查到使用者經驗，導入敏捷開發並制定嚴謹的產品開發流程，兼顧產品的易用性與品質，用品質創造價值。以力科技具有跨系統整合開發能力，曾協助研華科技開發電子紙標籤內容管理系統及重新設計開發農委會水保局三個網站系統。
